Two is better than one.
Depending on your own level of care towards your hair system, your hair system could last up to nine months. However, due to individual differences; such as physical activity, & body composition this nine-month duration may be less. Therefore, to reduce early wear & tear, we strongly advise rotating two hair systems throughout the year.
How it works: With each re-bond session, the system you are wearing will be swapped for the additional system kept on your file.
This aims to:
- Lessen the wear on a single system throughout the year.
- Allows your unit to be cleaned once your treatment is complete; allowing more time for delicate cleaning.
- Shorten your re-bond session (as your on-file system will be prepared for re-bond prior to your arrival).
- Saves you money for the following reasons:
- Receive 10% off when placing a double order in one transaction.
- Receive 1 free fitting with your new system, & the 2nd fitting for 20% off the fitting service.
- Receive all your future re-bond services at a reduced rotation cost.

Our custom made, & PRE-custom hair systems should arrive to us within the time specified when placing your order. National holidays & weekends do not count as our business days, & so should be considered when calculating delivery. We are not responsible for late shipments due to COVID-19, treacherous weather conditions, national holidays, world disasters, production backlog, or carriage delays. However, we endeavour to notify you where delays on your order are beyond a reasonable timeframe.

2 - 3 weeks.
Fully Bespoke units:
6 -12 weeks for production & processing.
Online Shop (semi-custom/made to order):
4 - 8 weeks for production & processing.
